Kenoi, dated March 1, 2011, transmitting for consideration the proposed Capital Budget (CIP) for FY 2011-2012, and the Capital Improvements Program for the next six years from FY 2011-12 to 2016-17, consisting of 45 projects requiring a total appropriation of $177,085,000. Approximately $168,980,000 of the total appropriation is intended to be funded in whole or in part by bonds; $5,715,000 is intended to be funded by State Revolving Fund Loans; $1,140,000 is intended to be funded from Federal Grants Receivable; and $1,250,000 is intended to be funded by fair share contributions.
