Hello!
We are land owners in the Kona Ocean View subdivison. We want to move permanently to our land
but have put it off because of the lack of water. We have supported the assocation from the beginning
and will continue until we gain water rights.
On March 1, 2011, you will hear testimony for the need of water in our subdivision.
Our association has worked long and hard to obtain water for our subdivision. This access will give all
property owners the peace of mind that water is finally accessible. Our property values will increase
immediately, our anxiety levels will decrease, we will have piped water like most subdivisions in West
Hawaii.
The county will gain as more homes are built, more property tax income revenues are had, when water is
available & accessable.
It's a win, win situation for all involved!
I trust you will hear our plea for water in Kona Ocean View.
