To Whom It May Concern,
As 26 year residents of Pu'ukala (Kona Ocean View
subdivision), we are excited to be closing in on the beginning
steps of acquiring one main water line to serve our homes.
Please do what is necessary so that we can have what most
others in our community take for granted: individual water
meters, fire hydrants, no need to worry about whether
neighbors can give us water in times of little rain.
