RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY OF HAWAII/ re: Comm: 158 Clifford Antonio
On March 22, 2011 our office submitted a request for Executive Session in the matter of
Farmers Insurance on behalf of Clifford Antonio.
Our request was subsequently agendized for the Hawaii County Council Meeting
scheduled April 6, 2011 as Comm: 158 Farmers Insurance on behalf of Clifford Antonio.
Please note that the item for Executive Session should not have included the name of
Farmers Insurance as they are not involved in this claim. The claim being heard should
have been referred as Claim Against The County of Hawaii /Clifford Antonio.
