Exhibit -113 Signage per County Specifications (Maximum letters at 9 inches and total square footage at 22 sq.ft.) Coldwell Banker Corporate's Sign Specifications and Identity Standards require a 60/40 configuration ratio between the Coldwell Banker letters and the Maryl Realty letters. In order to meet these requirements, the maximum size of the largest letters would have to be 7.6" to comply to the total square footage of 22 sq.ft. As the two photos depict, without a Sign Variance, the sign itself would be almost unidentifiable from the street and the additional 2" letter height on a building of this size make a justifiable difference. Your approval of Coldwell Banker Maryl Realty's application for a Sign Variance would be greatly appreciated. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
