Dear County Council Members and Neighbors,
This is indeed a significant day. So many have worked and waited for so long.
Once water finally comes to Pu'ukala there will be rejoicing. Not that it isn't a
good thing to have catchment and appreciate the value of what so many take for
granted.
All I want to do is to thank publicly our neighbors Catherine Hamilton and
Kathleen McKerlie for the countless hours they have invested over the years to
bring us to this place. Mahalo nui loa.
