Aloha, My name is Pali Mench. I have lived in Kona Ocean View subdivision for 20 yrs. I am also one of the
owners who have a water meter. I support the water improvement district. I feel it is way past due for everyone
to have county water. We don't get as much rain fall as the other areas of mauka Kona so people are forced to
get water from other sources which are often times very expensive. Because of the lack of rain fall here there is
also a fire hazard. Every year during the dry season I worry, with dry forest on the north, south and below and
with no fire hydrants it is like Russian roulette. Please give us county water and fire hydrants. Thank you Pali
