SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION TO TEMPORARILY DELAY COUNCIL ACTION ON GENERAL
PLAN AMENDMENTS AND REZONING APPLICATIONS IN THE DISTRICT OF
KA`U UNTIL THE KA`U COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN IS ADOPTED BY
ORDINANCE, OR UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2012, WHICHEVER SHALL OCCUR
FIRST.
The attached resolution requests the Council temporarily delay action on General Plan amendments and
rezoning applications in the District of Ka`u.
I request this resolution be placed on the appropriate committee agenda for April 19, 2011.
