Councilmembers will be present at the following locations:  Kona Council Chambers, West Hawai‘i Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, Building A;  Hilo Council Chambers, Hawai‘i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Suite 1401.
