Kenoi, dated March 17, 2011, transmitting the above bill and the Leeward Planning Commission's letters and enclosures. The applicant is requesting an amendment to Condition B (complete construction), to allow for an additional three years to secure final plan approval and complete construction of the proposed commercial development on the project site. Recommends passage of Bill 42 on first reading. Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Ford, Pilago, Smart, Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Hoffmann. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Members Ikeda and Onishi.
