SUBJECT: Resolution 49 -11, Draft 2 Requesting That The Mayor Authorize The Director Of Finance
To Enter Into Negotiations For The Acquisition Of The Kahuku Coastal Property, Ka`u
TMK (3) 9 -2- 001:075.
Please find attached Resolution 49 - 11, Draft 2 , as amended by the contents of Comm. No. 140.2 as
duly approved by the Council during its meeting on April 20, 2011.
The Council suspended its rule requiring that bills and resolutions up for final reading that are amended
be held over until the next regular meeting (Rule 25 (e)), and subsequently passed Resolution 49 - 11,
Draft 2 on second and final reading.
