Crawford, dated April 20, 2011, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Recommends adoption of Res. 68-11. Appropriates revenues of $100,000 in the Federal Grants – SAFER Program Account; and appropriates same in the Hawai‘i Fire Department’s SAFER Program – Fire Account. Crawford, dated April 20, 2011, transmitting the above resolution. These funds will be used for a two-year lease for premises located in Nā‘ālehu for the Fire Department to comply with the State of Hawai‘i’s contract to provide EMS services. Recommends adoption of Res. 69-11. Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Hoffmann, Onishi, Pilago, Smart, Yagong and Chair Ford. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Members Ikeda and Yoshimoto. Comm. 188: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A MONETARY (Res. 70-11) DONATION OF $50 TO THE OFFICE OF AGING TO SUPPORT THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY OFFICE OF AGING’S SILVER BULLETIN NEWSLETTER From Finance Director Nancy E. Crawford, dated April 20, 2011, transmitting the above resolution. This donation is being made by Herbert and Mary Matayoshi of Honolulu, Hawai‘i. Recommends adoption of Res. 70-11.
