The State Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force through the U.S. Department of
Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration is providing funding for overtime expenses and travel
costs incurred during specific investigations and prosecutions.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 291 and
recommends it pass first reading.
