FOR A NEW HILO LANDFILL STUDY
From Councilmember Brittany Smart, dated April 20, 2011, requesting time to hold -
discussion with Environmental Management Director Frank DeMarco regarding
obtaining a consultant to study the prospect of construction of a new solid waste
landfill in Hilo.
