This grant focuses on Volunteer <br /> Firefighter Retention and is a recruitment and "retention" grant to support our volunteer program. The <br /> marketing portion is to develop a public education and information video that will be distributed and <br /> used in a variety of venues inclusive of community activities and school career exposure programs. The <br /> grant will also fund travel costs for professional development and higher education (National Fire <br /> Academy) participation for volunteers.
