private property by eminent domain for the construction of the Ocean View Recycling Point and
Convenience Center in Ocean View, in the District of Ka'u, County and State of Hawai`i, in
accordance with Section 101 -13, Hawai`i Revised Statutes.
Also attached are nine copies each of the map with the subject parcel to be acquired
highlighted.
