Committee on Finance Re: Bill 29, Draft 3 Amendments to the FY 2011 -2012 Operating Budget This is to transmit Bill 29, Draft 3, which was the result of amendments approved at the May 18, 2011, Council meeting. The amendments decreased revenues and appropriations by $275,000 to $367,019,364 as compared to Draft 2 submitted on May 5, 2011. To summarize, the General Fund amendments approved on May 18, 2011: 1. Decreased Revenues Fund Balance by $275,000. 2. Decreased Expenditures Legislative Auditors OCE by $7,428. 3. Amended Expenditures Non -Profit Grants in Aid. 4. Decreased Expenditure West Hawaii Golf Program by $500,000. 5. Decreased Expenditure Tr To Pub Acc /Op Sp Pres Fund by $1,000,000. 6. Decreased Expenditure Tr to Budget Stabilization Fund by $2,777,397. 7. Decreased Expenditure Council Adjusted Expense Account by $5,800,000. 8. Increased Post Employment Benefits GASB 45 Provision by $9,584,825. 9.
