HAWAII, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII TO ENTER INTO A FORMAL SIGNED AGREEMENT From Councilmember Brittany Smart, dated May 16, 2011. Proposed benefits of entering into a sister -city relationship with Ormoc City include geothermal information and technical exchange, enhanced economic and business partnership; and educational and cultural exchange.
