Dear Chairman Yagong and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Anne M. Lee and Thomas Randle to the County of Hawaii
Environmental Management Commission.
Council District 2 — Thomas Randle is a 26 -year resident of Hawaii. From 1966 to 2005, he
was employed as an engineering manager with the U.S. Department of Defense (Navy). He
states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will serve a term to expire
on December 31, 2015, replacing Steven Pavao whose term expired on December 31, 2010.
Council District 6 — Anne M. Lee is a 15 -year resident of Hawai'i. She is presently
self - employed as a Co- Producer /Director/Writer /Editor of DHDTV.NET (an Internet broadcast
network). She states that she is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, Ms. Lee will
serve a term to expire on December 31, 2014, replace Diana Miller, whose term expired on
December 31, 2009.
