Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 303, reports as follows:
Bill No. 303, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 310-00 by Director of Finance
Dixie Kaetsu, via Communication No. 885, dated August 9, 2000, amends Ordinance No. 00-63,
as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2001. The amendment is as follows:

The grant funds from the United State Department of Juvenile Justice will be used by the Office
of the Prosecuting Attorney to provide support and purchase training services from community
based organizations that will be part of accountability based sanctions for victim restitution.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 303 and
recommends it pass first reading.
