AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10 -60, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011,
is hereby amended by adding the following appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Construction of Island Wide Water Spigot Facilities — County
(110.499.5490.11) $ 60,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund $ 60,000
Balance and /or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
