From Council Member Donald Ikeda, dated May 31, 2011. Amends subsection (b) (7) to
provide for the allocation of two percent of Hawai`i County real property tax revenues
collected for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, less $1,000,000, to be
deposited into the fund by June 30, 2012.
