From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated May 24, 2011. No sewer main exists within the section
of Kanoelehua Avenue fronting the subject property. Therefore, the Planning Director has
initiated this proposed amendment to Condition F to allow for the use of an on -site, individual
wastewater disposal system meeting with the approval of the State Department of Health.

the Holomua Center, 64-1067 Māmalahoa Highway, Suite 5 until 4:30 p.m., or later in the event public witness
testimony has not been completed. If audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period of
