Kenoi, dated May 27, 2011, requesting confirmation of the appointment of Wayne Joseph to the County of Hawai`i Board of Appeals. Comm. 225: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 03 -82 WHICH AMENDED SECTION (Bill 59) 25 -8 -33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONFROM LIMITED INDUSTRIAL — 20,000 SQUARE FEET (ML -20) TO INDUSTRIAL- COMMERCIAL MIXED USE — 20,000 SQUARE FEET (MCX -20) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2 -2- 035:061 From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated May 24, 2011. No sewer main exists within the section of Kanoelehua Avenue fronting the subject property. Therefore, the Planning Director has initiated this proposed amendment to Condition F to allow for the use of an on -site, individual wastewater disposal system meeting with the approval of the State Department of Health.
