COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 239 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 69 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP, H-7 FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br />THE AGRICULTURAL TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT HIENALOLI 2ND, NORTH KONA, <br />HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-5-10:PORTION OF 15. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-7 for the County of Hawaii, is <br />amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Hienaloli 2nd, North <br />Kona, Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br />Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br />Northeasterly corner of Lot A, an angle point on the Southerly boundary of Parcel 14 of <br />the Keopu Channel Improvement and being the Northwesterly corner of Parcel 17 of the <br />Keopu Channel Improvement, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "KAILUA (NORTH MERIDIAN)" being <br />1,619.66 feet South and 2,975.56 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise <br />from True South: <br />Thence, for the next three (3) courses following along Lot A and along Royal <br />Patent 1930, No. 1 to Asa Thurston, Land Commission Award 387, Part 4, <br />Section 2 to American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions: <br />1. 720 <br />40' <br />5.36 <br />feet to a point; <br />2. 790 <br />46' <br />6.16 <br />feet to a point; <br />3. 720 <br />39' 30" <br />443.06 <br />feet to a point; <br />4. 1650 21' 235.62 feet along Royal Patent 7904, Land <br />Commission Award 4226 to Kuae to <br />a point; <br />
