From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated May 24, 2011, requesting confirmation of the
appointments of Anne M. Lee and Thomas Randle to the County of Hawai‘i
Environmental Management Commission.
Recommends confirmation of Anne Lee:
Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Ford, Hoffmann, Onishi, Pilago,
Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Smart.
Noes: None.
Absent: Committee Member Ikeda.
Recommends confirmation of Thomas Randle:
Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Ford, Hoffmann, Onishi, Pilago,

County Council will be conducting this Committee meeting via videoconference. Councilmembers will be
present at the following locations:
Kona Council Chambers, West Hawai‘i Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, Building A;
Hilo Council Chambers, Hawai‘i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Suite 1401.
Public Attendance Via Videoconferencing is available at the locations above and at the Waimea Council
Office at the Holomua Center, 64-1067 Māmalahoa Highway, Suite 5 until 4:30 p.m., or later in the event
public witness testimony has not been completed. If audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than
a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated.
