I am in support of resolution 377- 10. I believe that it is in both of our interests for the County to sell this paper road to the landowners who abut the paper road. This will allow the land owners adjacent to the paper road to continue maintaining and using the road. If you recall from my testimony on Tuesday night, we realized that the Counties paper road is not navigable. I would estimate that eighty percent of the current road is actually on private land and not on the paper road that the County currently owns. To keep the road open to the public only creates a nuisance to the current land owners who are trying to farm and ranch. I am going to keep my email brief so as to not belabor all the points that have been brought up over the last two public meetings. If you would like further information or opinions please let me know. Best Regards, Charles Ensey P.O. Box 47 Papaikou, HI 96781 808 - 938 -9904 Comm. No. 9D 1. Ref. Tos riFes Ref.
