My name is David Fuertes from North Kohala in support of this Bill 311.
When the economy is down, people without jobs, and the price is optimum to do projects
In construction- It just make more sense to stimulate our economy at the same time do
projects that is affordable. Many projects in Park and Recreation, and other departments
hinges on passing this Bill. In North Kohala Kikala- Keokea Park Development and our
North Kohala Recreational Facility repairs is vital for our community.
I am sure all the other communities are depending on you to the passing this Bill.
