I wholeheartedly support this bill. This is something that is greatly needed in Ocean View. Residents currently must drive 30 miles or more roundtrip to dispose of household rubbish. We all know that the many who are not willing to do this are dumping rubbish within the Ocean View subdivisions. This certainly detracts from a desirable standard of living, lowers property values, not to mention health hazards. For an area that is one of the fastest - growing within the County of Hawaii, this should rate as a top - priority item. I ask for your support of this bill.
