Re: Ordinance for Termination of Improvement District No. 17
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to terminate Improvement District No. 17, Kaloko
Subdivision. Pursuant to section 12 -28.1 of the Hawaii County Code, the Director of
Finance has determined that all outstanding or anticipated debts or obligations of the
improvement district have been paid or can be satisfied with assessments paid to -date.
The bill authorizes the Director of Finance to terminate the district and to provide for
the disposition of cash remaining in the ID Assessment Fund and closure of the Fund.
