Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a monetary donation of $500 from the Pa'auilo Camp
Community Association. This money will be used by the Department of Parks and
Recreation to support the Summer Fun program at the Pa'auilo Gym by supplementing
program fees. The Summer Fun programs are run island -wide at various Parks and
Recreation facilities, and provide activities and excursions for children in grades 1
through 6.

To accept and acknowledge a donation of $500 to the Recreation Division of the Department of Parks &
Recreation.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Council action is being requested to accept and acknowledge a donation of $500 by the Paauilo Camp
Community Association to subsidize the registration fees for the Summerfun Program at the Paauilo Gym.
