ORDINANCE NO. 98' 57
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97-82, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 11 1997 TO JUNE 309 1998.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 97-82, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1997 to June 30,
1998, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PARKS & RECREATION:
ADA Compliance $500,000
(110-599-5599.32-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $500,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
