funds to the Big Island Basketball Officials Association for travel expenses of the
trainers of the clinic.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A MONETARY
DONATION OF $500 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
TO SUPPORT THE SUMMER FUN PROGRAM AT THE PA`AUILO GYM
From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated June 22, 2011, requesting the
acceptance of the donation of $500 from the Pa'auilo Camp Community Association.
This money will supplement program fees for the Summer Fun program, which
provides activities and excursions for children in grades one through six.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE DONATION OF
THREE (3) ALPACAS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
FOR USE AT THE PETTING ZOO IN THE PANA`EWA RAINFOREST ZOO
AND GARDENS

acceptance of the donation of three (3) Alpacas from Tess and Dave Wilkinson. The
total estimated value of this donation is $30,000.

black Labrador search dog has an estimated value of $4,500.

CANCELLATION OF ASSESSMENT INSTALLMENTS, AND DISTRIBUTION
OF REFUNDS FOR COUNTY OF HAWAII IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 17
(KALOKO SUBDIVISION)

authorizes the Director of Finance to terminate the district and to provide for the
disposition of cash remaining in the ID Assessment Fund and closure of the Fund.
