AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97-829 AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 11 1997 TO JUNE 309 1998.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 97-82, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1997 to June 30,
1998, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Mamalahoa (Kamamalu-Lindsey) Impr - Parker $71,413.50
(110-399-5394.21-115)
Mamalahoa (Kamamalu-Lindsey) Impr - CARA 48,670.00
(110-399-5394.22-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
Private Contributions Receivable
$120,083.50
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
