Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 62; Relating to Addition of Civil Defense
Sirens to Concurrency Requirements
Bill No. 62 proposes to amend section 25 -2 -46 of the Hawai`i County Code. As set out in Bill
No. 62, the material for amendment does not include the title to section 25 -2 -46.
As such, a housekeeping amendment to Bill No. 62 is in order.
Bill No. 62 is amended by adding the title to section 25 -2 -46 to the material to be amended, said
title being:
"Section 25 -2 -46. Concurrency requirements."
As this is a non - substantive amendment, no draft copy of Bill No. 62, Draft 2, is attached.
