AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97-82, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 19 1997 TO JUNE 309 1998.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 97-82, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1997 to June 30,
1998, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Waikoloa Road Shoulder Improvement - Federal $1,000,000
(1110-399-5394.19-115)
Waikoloa Road Shoulder Improvement - County 250,000
(110-399-5394.20-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $1,000,000
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - 250,000
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
