Your special Committee on Credentials wishes to report that it has carefully examined
the Certificate of Election of the following named and find that they are duly elected
members of the Council of the County of Hawaii for a period of two years beginning at
12 o'clock meridian on the 7th of December 1998 A.D., and ending at 12 o'clock
meridian on the 4th of December 2000, A.D., and that they are duly qualified to take their
