ORDINANCE NO. 98 34
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 98-16 RELATING TO
APPROPRIATIONS OF THE GENERAL FUND FUND BALANCE FROM
PREVIOUS YEAR.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 98-16 increased revenues in the General
Fund by $2,200,226 in the Fund Balance from Previous Year account;
and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 98-16, which set forth
appropriations to the expenditure accounts, established an appropriation
of $56,500 for Aquatics -Electricity rather than $56,600.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 98-16 is hereby amended
by increasing the appropriation to the expenditure account 010-500-
5513.02-114 Aquatics -Electricity from $56,500 to $56,600.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
