AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97-82, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 1997 TO JUNE 309 1998.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this bill is to add the Waiakea
Houselot Resurfacing project to the list of Engineering Division Projects, South
Hilo Fuel Tax District as specified in Ordinance No. 97-134.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 97-82, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1997 to June 30,
1998, is hereby amended by adding Waiakea Houselot Resurfacing (110-399-
5392.92-115) as an Engineering Division Project within the South Hilo Fuel Tax
District.
SECTION 3. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
2236.02 Unallotted Appropriation Fuel Tax Increase 94-96 Account of the
Capital Projects Fund
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
