Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 84 -11, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 84 -11, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford via
Communication No. 230, dated May 31, 2011, authorizes the acceptance of a donation of two (2)
works of art from Blaise Domino, Artist, for display in Hilo and Kona.
A letter of appreciation and a copy of this resolution will be sent to donor artist Blaise Domino,
Picture Map Company, P.O. Box 88468, Honolulu, HI 96830 -8468, acknowledging this
generous donation.
Pursuant to Article XII, Section 13 -12, Hawaii County Charter the Council, on behalf of the
County, may accept gifts or donations of money.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 84 -11,
and recommends its adoption.
