AND STATE OF HAWAI‘I, BEING A PORTION OF TAX MAP KEY: (3)2-9-004-020,

From Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine A. Garson, dated June 2, 2011. The
resolution transfers an encroachment donated as part of the agreement between the County
and the lot owners in the Hakalau Homestead Road Association for improvements on the
Hakalau Homestead Road.
Recommends adoption of Res. 86-11:

Yoshimoto and Chair Blas.

Comm. 243: PRESENTATION ON E-KRETE, A PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PRODUCT, BY

From Council Chair Dominic Yagong, dated June 22, 2011. E-Krete has been approved by
the Environmental Protection agency and has the potential of extending the life of roadway
systems.
