Garson, dated June 2, 2011. The resolution dedicates a road widening lot to the County of Hawai‘i where improvements were constructed in the Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway-Henry Street Intersection. Recommends adoption of Res. 85-11: Ayes: Committee Members Ford, Hoffmann, Ikeda, Smart, Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Blas. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Members Onishi and Pilago. DUNN From Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine A. Garson, dated June 2, 2011. The resolution transfers an encroachment donated as part of the agreement between the County and the lot owners in the Hakalau Homestead Road Association for improvements on the Hakalau Homestead Road. Recommends adoption of Res. 86-11: Ayes: Committee Members Ford, Hoffmann, Ikeda, Onishi, Smart, Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Blas. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Member Pilago. Comm. 243: PRESENTATION ON E-KRETE, A PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PRODUCT, BY ROBERT ACASIO AND GREG LEE From Council Chair Dominic Yagong, dated June 22, 2011. E-Krete has been approved by the Environmental Protection agency and has the potential of extending the life of roadway systems.
