25 -2 -46 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED),
RELATING TO ADDITION OF CIVIL DEFENSE SIRENS TO CONCURRENCY
REQUIREMENTS
From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated June 2, 2011, transmitting the above bill and
Windward and Leeward Planning Commissions' letters and enclosures.
Recommends passage of Bill 62, as amended (to Draft 2), on first reading:
