Kenoi, dated June 2, 2011, transmitting the above bill and Windward and Leeward Planning Commissions' letters and enclosures. Recommends passage of Bill 62, as amended (to Draft 2), on first reading: Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Ford, Ikeda, Onishi, Smart, Yagong, Yoshimoto, and Chair Hoffmann. Noes: None. RESOLUTION TO TEMPORARILY DELAY COUNCIL ACTION ON GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS AND REZONING APPLICATIONS IN THE DISTRICT OF KA`U UNTIL THE KA`U COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN IS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE, OR UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2012, WHICHEVER SHALL OCCUR FIRST From Council Member Brittany Smart, dated April 6, 2011. Recommends adoption of Res. 60 -11, as amended (to Draft 2): Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Ford, Ikeda, Onishi, Smart, Yagong, Yoshimoto, and Chair Hoffmann. Noes: None.
