Kona Ocean View Properties Subdivision
This memorandum is to report that following the conclusion of the June 14, 2011 Public
Hearing regarding the Kona Ocean View Properties Subdivision Water Improvement
District, and, after allowing an additional seven (7) days for receipt of written protests
that may have been mailed and post- marked on the day of the Public Hearing, the Office
of the County Clerk received a total of four (4) written protests.
