Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution 85-11, reports as follows:
Resolution 85-11, transmitted via Communication 232, from Assistant Corporation Counsel
Katherine A. Garson dated June 2, 2011, requests acceptance of the dedication of Road Lot 4-B,
being a portion of Tax Map Key: (3) 7-5-004:056, situate at Moeauoa 2' and Lanihau 2"d,
District of North Kona, County and State of Hawai`i from PRII Westwood Lanihau Expansion
LLC.
The resolution dedicates the Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway-Henry Street interseciton
improvements to the County of Hawai`i.
Councilmember Brenda Ford urged committee members' support for this dedication.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 85-11, and recommends its adoption.
