Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 92-11, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 92-11, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford via
Communication No. 247, dated June 22, 2011, a monetary donation of$2,400 from an
anonymous source. This money will be used by the Department of Parks and Recreation to
support the Kawananakoa Center Summer Fun program.
Pursuant to Article XII, Section 13-12, Hawai`i County Charter the Council, on behalf of the
County, may accept gifts or donations of money.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 92-11,
and recommends its adoption.
