(SLU 10- 000027) and Bill 328 (REZ 10- 000127) be postponed until the August 16, 2011 Council
Planning Committee agenda. We were recently informed from the Client that due to an unexpected
schedule conflict, the Applicant is unable to attend the upcoming July 21, 2011 hearing.
