COUNTY OF HAWAII S'TAT'E OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO.ghn <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 81. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY <br />CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM DOUBLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />(RD -3.75) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (CG -10) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, <br />COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-21:18. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br />follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br />Hawaii, shall be General Commercial (CG -10): <br />Beginning at the east corner of this parcel of land at the east corner of the <br />intersection of Mohouli Street and Lei Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning <br />referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI", being 1,473.70 feet <br />South and 6,062.70 feet East, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true <br />South: <br />1. 2390 <br />00' <br />113.85 feet <br />along Mohouli Street; <br />2. 3280 <br />10' <br />110.00 feet <br />along Grant 8621; <br />3. 590 00' 113.85 feet along the remainder of Grant 9570 to <br />Manuel J. De Gouveia and Grant 9128 to <br />Mrs. Libona Wallace (Lot K); <br />4. 1480 10' 110.00 feet along Lei Street to the point of <br />beginning and containing an area of <br />12,520 Square Feet. <br />All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference <br />made a part hereof. <br />w <br />
