Angel Pilago, dated July 6, 2011. The Council, after adopting the findings, conclusions and recommendations contained in the Manager’s Report (“Manager” is the Chief Engineer, Department of Water Supply), via Resolution 74-11; and carrying out the requirements set forth in Section 12-10, Hawai‘i County Code for scheduling a public hearing and notifying property owners subject to assessment and property acquisition, determines to proceed with the improvements proposed in Resolution 74-11 and further described in the Manager’s Report; and Recommends adoption of Res. 99-11: Ayes: Committee Members Ford, Hoffmann, Pilago, Smart, Yagong, and Chair Blas. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Members Ikeda, Onishi and Yoshimoto.
