Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of nine pieces of physical fitness
equipment, with an estimated value of$5,800 from an anonymous source. The Police
Department indicates that this equipment will be used in their Public Safety Building's
weight room.

A. REQUEST:
To request Council approval to accept various weight room and cardio machine equipment from an
anonymous donor for the Police Department Public Safety Building's weight room. There are 9 pieces of
equipment valued at$5,800.00.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
An anonymous donor is donating 9 pieces of weight room and cardio machine equipment which will be used
in the Public Safety Building's weight room. These equipment include: 2 flat benches, 1 squat rack, 1 back
extension bench, 1 4-station all-in-one weight machine, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, and 2 bikes.
