I have known Kevin for years anc'. 1 have worked with him on a number of projects. Kevin is a remarkable individual, combining integrity, ethics and an astute business sense, a rare and refreshing blend. Kevin has been influential in procuring fiords that initiated many new projects in Hamakua. Kevin has the tera~p~ramem, perception and insight that would prove invaluable to the Board of Appeals. Kevin hs_ done an outstanding job on the Planning Commission and this experience will be bcneficial as member of the County Board of Appeals.
