Comm. 275: AN ORDINANCE TO INITIATE AN AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE XIII, SECTION 13- (Bill 72) 20 OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CHARTER (2010), RELATING TO RECORDS AND MEETINGS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC From Council Member Brenda Ford, dated July 13, 2011. This proposed ordinance repeals provisions for meeting notice that are no longer applicable to special meetings, and adds reference to the Hawai`i Revised Statutes (HRS) for notice of regular, special, rescheduled, and emergency. The purpose is to align the County Charter with the HRS. ADJOURNMENT The meeting place is accessible for persons with disabilities.
